The Little Sweetheart's Dance will be on Friday, 2/14/2020, from 6-8pm in the small gymnasium. All children preschool-6th grades can invite their Big Sweethearts for a night of dancing, desserts, crafts and dress-up. $10 for 2 ($3 each additional guest). Attention Parents and Falcon Fans: Brethren is experiencing some busing issues so they will be arriving late to the game tonight (2/4/2020). The JV girls were originally set to start at 6pm, but it looks like the game will start between 6:15 and 6:30pm. The JV boys will follow the girls game.

A huge congratulations to Aubrey MacIntosh and John VanDuinen on earning a Division I on their solos at District 1 Solo and Ensemble on Saturday, February 1st, 2020! This is the highest rating performers can receive and qualifies them for State Solo and Ensemble in March. A big thank you to their accompanist, Diane Larson, as well!

Homecoming Week 2020 was another fun-filled success with games and dress-up days! Our girls basketball team were victorious on Thursday, 1/23, and our boys will be competing against Mesick on Friday, 1/24. The crowning of the Homecoming Queen and King as well as Princess and Prince will take place between the JV and Varsity games and our annual light show will be performed during the half time of the varsity game. Students will enjoy the Homecoming dance on Saturday, 1/25/2020!

On Wednesday, January 22nd, 2020, the JH Band had yoga instructor and community member, Carrie VanDuinen, come in and do some flows with us! As we prepare for District Band Festival in March, we discuss the importance of posture and breathing in relation to our instruments and performance quite often. We gained some practical tools that we can use anytime of day! So thankful for such a supportive community. Thank you, Carrie!
