“IMAGINE WHAT COULD BE...”
Pentwater Public Schools will be hosting their 3rd School Bond Proposal Community Forum on Tuesday April 27th at 6:00. Below is the log in information for the virtual option..
https://www.pentwaterschools.net/page/community-forum-information
If you do not have access to the internet or WIFI and would like to attend in person, the school will be able to have 20 people attend in person in our School Board Room. The seats will be open to the first 20 who enter the building. Per CDC and Health Department Guidelines, we are not allowed to have more the 25 people in the room, which includes presenters.
Thank you in advance for your participation and support and we hope to see you there!

An important election is on the horizon. As you know, our teaching and learning mission is supported by many partners. One partner we work closely with every day is the West Shore ESD. Just in the delivery of Special Education programs and services alone, Pentwater Public Schools and other school districts in our area team up with the ESD to serve more than 1400 students with disabilities every year.
On Tuesday, May 4, people will vote in the Special Education Millage RENEWAL Election. We hope you remind your family members and friends about it. It's NOT a tax increase. It's the same 1 mill / 8-year levy that has been previously approved by voters in 1990, 1998, 2006, and 2014.
Over the last eight years, the total reimbursement to our school district alone has been $493,779 (Significant support to say the least)!
There are two ways to get more information online and we encourage you to check these out. Thank you!

Thank you LACA for putting this together and Katie Pro Video for recording/editing. We are so happy to be a part of this performance!

UPDATE ON THE SPRING BAND CONCERT!
Our Spring Band Concert will be taking place on Friday, April 30th at 7pm! Please note the time change from 6pm to 7pm - this was done to help accommodate students' schedules. Our concert will be on the soccer field... bring a chair and/or a blanket for an evening of music. Our bands haven't performed in over a year!
We will be collecting donations throughout the concert. Any little bit helps... the band hasn't had a fundraiser all year and our two largest fundraising events (Homecoming and the Holiday Band Craft Fair) did not occur. Please consider donating!
Since this is an outdoor event, we are able to host up to 300 people. As a result, we will not be limiting the number of people students invite to attend. However, in order to attend the concert, masks and distancing are required by all! Hope to see you there!! 🎶

Our third bond community forum will be taking place on Tuesday, April 27th at 6pm. Please see the attached flyer for more information. Thank you!

Dr. Fashun is currently the director of orchestras and music director of the Brazilian Music Ensemble, teaches applied percussion, and is an instructor of instrumental music education at Hope College.
